Zion’s Got Talent – Organiser in chief, Brian Hunt, has lined up a selection of Zion’s finest to entertain you. The judging panel will keep up the great tradition of such shows – a barrage of comments, both helpful and caustic. A mere €5 per individual or €15 for a family will guarantee a night of great craic. This will be another community event focusing on Zion’s 150th anniversary. Questions of dialogue and evangelism will be discussed at a half–day seminar on Inter Faith issues to be held in Edgehill College, Belfast,. The conference, entitled “Engaging Diversity, Staying Faithful” is being organised by the Inter Faith Working Group of the Church of Ireland. Speakers on the day will include the Rev Canon Dr Alan Race (former Dean of Postgraduate Studies at St Philip’s Centre for Study and Engagement in a Multifaith World, Leicester), Mr. Iain Stewart (Interfaith Development Worker with the Church of Scotland) and members of the Northern Ireland Inter–Faith Forum. The seminar will begin with lunch at 1.00pm and finish at 6.00pm. Contact: mccalld@tcd.ie
