Limerick innovative Children’s Ministry initiative
Dr.Rebecca Nye who introduced Godly Play to the U.K. from the U.S.A. is coming to Limerick. She will deliver an all day workshop and also an evening lecture. Godly Play is an imaginative approach for presenting scripture stories to children. This is a not to be missed opportunity for all involved in delivering Sunday School/club to children….come and experience one of the world’s leading experts on children’s spirituality, based on Maria Montessori’s teaching methods.

Language “Taster” in Christ Church Cathedral
There will be an Irish language “Taster”  in the Chapter Room, Christ Church Cathedral for beginners or those who have forgotten their Irish over a glass of wine following bilingual Evensong on Thursday March 15 from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Members of the cathedral community are especially welcome. By 8.00 pm you will be able to conduct a simple conversation in Irish ahead of St Patrick’s Day. There will be a brief initial presentation followed by a chance to try out what you have just learned in small groups. All are welcome. Please telephone (087) 6232841 if interested.

Derry history quest
All Saints Caring Association are hoping to use any old photographs, documents, stories, and any other information linked with the two sites to re–tell the story/history of both All Saints Clooney Church, and, the Stewart Hall in an interesting way using various modern technology/mediums including digital [web, photos, social media], audio [stories], and visual [visual displays, exhibitions, storyboards, booklets, information leaflets]. The Stewart Hall is of particular interest.
