The funeral of Revd Allen Delamere will be held today Thursday 29 December at St John’s Church, Laragh, Co Wicklow in the Diocese of Glendalough.
The preacher will be the Bishop of Down and Dromore, the Rt Revd Harold Miller.
Mr Delamere was rector of Killinchy, Kilmood and Tullynakill in the Diocese of Down and passed away in hospital on 26 December 2011 after a short illness. He is survived by his father, brothers and sisters and the wider family.
A memorial service will be held in Killinchy parish at a later date. Bishop Harold will conduct Sunday services in Killinchy and Kilmood on January 1, 2012.
