Prayer for Libya
Gracious God,
we pray for peace, justice and reconciliation in Libya.
We pray for the honouring of human rights,
and for the relief of the oppressed.
We pray for all those affected, including the men and women of our armed forces, and for their families.
In your mercy, hear the prayers of your children,
now and always. Amen
Creator of all, you have called us and chosen us to be your people. By the power of your Holy Spirit may we bear witness with joy and conviction to the good news of Jesus Christ. Amen.
